Frank Elsner

Frank Elsner is a Canadian safety, security, and risk management executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors.

He is the co-founder of Stonehaven Risk Group Ltd., where he advises organizations on corporate security, workplace safety, crisis management, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. He also serves as Chief of Safety and Security for the Natural Factors Group of Companies.

Throughout his career, Frank has led security modernization projects, workplace violence prevention programs, supply chain security initiatives, access control and CCTV governance programs, and crisis preparedness efforts. His work has included implementing security technologies, improving operational oversight, strengthening compliance programs, and supporting executive decision-making during critical incidents.
